Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately during normal business hours. For the fastest response, email us at customerservice@plusmatsonline.com.
- If your order has not shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you refuse delivery or provide an incorrect/incomplete address that causes the shipment to be returned, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including round-trip freight.
All Sales Are Final
All Plus Mats products are sold as-is. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product or quantity
- Delays in delivery by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Items no longer needed, used, or opened
By placing an order with Plus Mats, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Chargeback Policy
By completing your purchase, you also agree not to dispute or charge back the transaction based on our clearly stated policies.
- We will provide documentation to payment processors, including your agreement to these terms at checkout.
- Unauthorized chargebacks are considered fraudulent and may result in:
- Permanent customer account termination
- Collections action for any disputed amount
- Legal action if necessary
