Domestic Shipping Only – Lower 48 States

Plus Mats Online ships exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations.

Through our partnerships with leading freight carriers, we offer highly competitive shipping rates and strive to deliver your order quickly and reliably.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

We are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
  • No Weekend Processing: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
  • Handling Time: Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing before your shipment leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders ship via LTL freight, primarily through SAIA or UPS Freight.
  • Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.
  • Pick‑Up Orders: If selecting local pickup, your order will be ready in 2–4 business days from the time of purchase. You will be notified when it's available for pickup.

Shipping Estimates at Checkout

Our checkout system provides real‑time shipping estimates based on product availability, shipping address and selected delivery method.

  • Final shipping rates and estimated delivery dates will appear on the shipping quote page.
  • Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays or misdelivery.
  • Note: Certain large or heavy items may have additional handling time or delivery restrictions.
